Across Bocas Lit Fest, the First Citizens National Poetry Slam and Project Fusion Junction, Jayden supported youth literary programmes, stakeholder coordination and event delivery. He coordinated 20+ booksellers, vendors and sponsors for the 2024 festival, supported project management for the 2024–2025 National Poetry Slam, and launched and managed a TikTok channel that reached 1.4 million accounts within five months. In 2026, he conceived Hot Mic, a video series capturing exit-poll interviews with auditionees and select judges at the National Poetry Slam.
