Jayden's work with the National Dance Association of Trinidad and Tobago includes co-designing the organisation’s website and serving as its primary administrator, supporting digital infrastructure, brand communication, and reputation management. Furthermore, he was elected by unanimous support as an Associate Member of the National Dance Association of Trinidad and Tobago, Mr Phillip serves in an advisory capacity, supporting the Association’s reputation management, digital systems, and strategic youth engagement, ensuring continued relevance and responsiveness to emerging generations.

Paper Based Bookshop

For over 37 years, Paper Based Bookshop has proudly served as Trinidad and Tobago's only bookstore dedicated exclusively to Caribbean literature. Since our founding, we've fostered the growth and development of Caribbean literature and supported writers from across the region. As a longstanding advocate for Caribbean voices, we are passionate about sharing the stories, histories, and perspectives that make our culture so unique and vibrant.

Bocas Lit Fest

The Bocas Lit Fest is a registered non-profit company incorporated in Trinidad and Tobago. We are a year-round writing and literary arts development organisation, with numerous initiatives forging links and opportunities between writers, readers, publishers and others. We run the Bocas Lit Fest, Trinidad and Tobago’s annual literary festival (named as one of the world’s best literary festivals), and administer major regional writing prizes which provide crucial support for Caribbean writers, including the prestigious OCM Bocas Prize for Caribbean Literature and The Johnson and Amoy Achong Caribbean Writers Prize. We also manage The Writers Centre in St. Clair, a space dedicated to writers and literary programmes in Trinidad and Tobago.

- Supported the development and execution of youth literary programmes, including NGC Bocas Youth Fest (2023), Scotiabank Write Away! (2024), and We Lit (2023–2024) - Coordinated participation and logistics for 20+ booksellers, vendors, and sponsors for the 2024 Bocas Lit Fest - Assisted in the development and project management of the First Citizens National Poetry Slam (2024–2025) - Supported stakeholder coordination and overall programme logistics across multiple festival events - Launched and managed the project’s TikTok channel, achieving reach of 1.4M accounts within five months - Created short form video content such as performance videos and Hot Mic (a series created by me). - Developed a Discord community and created short form video content for Project Fusion Junction

The 2 Cents Movement

The 2 Cents Movement is a youth-led non-profit organisation that uses performance art in youth outreach aimed at creating respectful young citizens, exchanging ideas, and facilitating responsible change in Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean, and by extension, the world. They focus on engaging youth on critical issues relevant to their development using creative spaces for discourse and action. The organisation strives to professionalise youth-centred, arts-based interventions and become the leading youth arts outreach company in the Caribbean.
